The 21466 is one of HOPAX STICK'N's best-selling transparent neon arrow index flags, designed for document marking and classification indexing. Each pack contains 8 neon colours (Dark Blue, Pink, Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red) with 15 flags per colour, totalling 120 arrow flags. Each flag measures 45 × 12 mm.

The flags are made of semi-transparent film (plastic) material, allowing text underneath to remain visible.
